Tiny Epic Crimefighters Rejoice!
As the Kickstarter pledges are arriving, we have a simple and budget-friendly insert to keep all the Detectives, Mobsters and Capos in line! This insert is compatible with the Kickstarter version of Tiny Epic Crimes and utilizes the covers of both the main game box as well as the Kingpins box. Everything from the Kingpins and Crooked Capos expansions also fits neatly in this two-level design. The game covers from the base game and the Kingpins expansion fit perfectly together and there is no gap between the lids.
This particular insert does not support sleeved cards... The red-reveal feature of the game would for the most part exclude players from sleeving their cards anyway. Also, if you don't have the expansions, you can still use this insert but there will be a bit of extra room and about 1/2" of lid lift.
The insert is made out of 1/8" MDF and does not require glue or special tools to assemble. The insert comes disassembled, but putting it together is very quick and easy. There is a protective masking film over the pieces that will need to be removed prior to assembly.
